Exhibit your work

Shoalhaven Regional Gallery presents a quality exhibition program that combines curated exhibitions with support for local artists from the Shoalhaven area. Each year we accept Expressions of Interest for exhibition projects to be included within our exhibition program.

Expression of Interest: Exhibitions

Shoalhaven Regional Gallery is no longer accepting Expressions of Interest for exhibition proposals for 2025.

There are two exhibition slots available in 2025: 15 March – 10 May 2025 and 23 August – 18 October 2025. Successful applicants will be charged standard fees as a contribution to running the exhibition. All applications are being assessed by a panel of professional curators and advertised within our exhibition program, supported by our education outreach and public programming.

If you are still interested in future opportunities and want to be included in our database, please let us know. We welcome proposals from individual artists, curators, collectives, and collaborations.

Expression of Interest: First Nations Artists

Shoalhaven Regional Gallery is no longer accepting Expressions of Interest from First Nations artists for our 2025 exhibition program.

The exhibition will coincide with Sorry Day and run until NAIDOC Week 2025. It will be held alongside a solo exhibition by Wiradjuri artist Karla Dickens and the launch of the Shoalhaven City Council Reconciliation Action Plan. The successful applicant will be paid $2000 (inclusive of GST) in artist fees and will be provided with an exhibition space and support through our publicity and audience engagement programs.

All applications are being assessed by members of the Yarning Group and Aboriginal Advisory Committee in consultation with the Gallery.

Results will be announced in early December.
